The Joe A. Gonzalez (JAG) Education Is Our Freedom General Educational Development (GED) College Scholarship Program was created by Joe A. Gonzalez (JAG) in memory of the late doctors, Dr. Hector P. Garcia, Dr. Clotilde P. Garcia and Dr. Xicotencati “Xico” P. Garcia, who believed that no child should be left behind. Our own “American Heroes” who believed that education should be everyone’s right and that every child should have the opportunity to go to school in a free country and to attend a college of their choice.
